My name is Melanie and this is my new home. I have been responsible for a few websites in the past, they have included but not limited to vifem.davalkeries.com, nomico.net, and velsha.com. Unfortunately they have all been taken down due to one reason or another.
You may think this site would be one of sales possibly of glass sculptures candle holders or some sort of shaped glass items but unfortunately it is not. This website is a place for my personal ideas, concepts, art work, and my own personal blog without it being a blog. Yah, you can't yell back at me! = p
Who am I, you may ask. Well to know that is to know me and since I don't feel I know myself very well I doubt I could honestly answer that question here. I believe who we are is based on what we have done with our lives, our dreams and the people who influence us.
(10/6/05) My dreams: To many to list but one is to learn to write. I have a passion for story telling but I feel as did Antonio Salieri in the movie Amadeus. I hear the music of the story, yet I have the hardest time telling it.
(7/06) A redesign of the site has come to be. A few things have been added and a few taken away. I am not totally sure where this redesign is going to take the site but I like it so far.
(7/06) Added: Photography. All pictures, unless otherwise posted have been taken by Melanie Lara. Use of them is acceptable except for sale. If you use them for profit you must give me some too!
